Speaker Profile
Dr. Phelps, a graduate of Bob Jones University and past President of Maranatha Baptist Bible College, has been involved in full-time ministry since 1982. He has served as both youth and senior pastor, and since earning his doctoral degree in 1990, has been actively engaged in teaching a future generation on the college and seminary level. He has worked in numerous schools in the United States and on the foreign fields of Belarus, India, Cambodia, Zambia, and Mexico. Currently Dr. Phelps is the senior pastor of Colonial Hills Baptist Church in Indianapolis, IN, and serves on the advisory boards of Baptist World Mission, Fundamental Baptist Fellowship International, and Gospel Fellowship Association.
