History

First Baptist Church of Columbia Falls held it’s first service July 8, 1945 under the leadership of Pastor Ralph Werner who served faithfully for 36 years before retiring in 1981. After prayerful consideration, a call was extended to Jerry Buchanan who accepted and assumed the pastorate in January of 1982. By God’s grace and for His glory, FBC will continue to be a lighthouse in the Columbia Falls community until our Lord returns.
